Me and my wife were there on Sat around 4 looking at helmets. After 45 min a man came up and told me i was in the wrong section and definitely could not afford the helmet I was looking at. Used a lot of language and acted like I was not important. I asked him for a diff size and he thru a fit saying he can't believe I couldn't find one on the shelf. After I found one I asked for a different visor. He disappeared for 30 min, and then yelled across the floor they were by the desk and to come find one he was to busy. I loved this place but will not see myself going back. His race doesn't matter at all but I don't know his name. He was a colored man he should be moved to the back of us as customers are an inconvenience to him. Had pleasant experiences up to this point especially since my wife bought a bike there last year this gentleman ruined what I thought to be one of the better cycle shops around.

This place has gone downhill over the years. The girl sitting at the front desk does wake up to greet you, but she doesn't sound very excited about it. I walked by about 6 used bikes that were for sale as I headed to the back of the store. Those bikes look ok from a distance, but Ride 1 apparently does nothing to them once they receive them. All of the used bikes still have garage dust on them. Tires not replaced. Heck, one bike had duct tape holding a piece of the plastic part of the bike together. I would think Ride 1 would at least replace stuff like that. We went to look at a new bike. A young guy did approach us and asked if we would like any assistance. We asked him one question only about the bike in regards to rebate, and he didn't know the answer and said he'd get someone else. That "someone else" finally finished his conversation with his coworkers and when we asked him if the bike had a manufacturer rebate all he could say was "I think so". We had to go ask him to go find out and let us know what it was. Of course that took around another 10 minutes. We went out to Iron Pony in Columbus a few days later and had a much better experience. We gave Iron Pony our money.

This dealership has the worst service department! Called for a service appointment in October of 22. Couldn't get one until mid December. We tried to get an update on our CanAm recently, they had to order the part and said they would call when it came in. Five weeks later we are still waiting on that call. While traveling recently, we realized we needed to replace a the back tire. We took it to a dealership in Georgia, they changed the tire and did the update and we were on our way that afternoon. Ride 1 Powersoprts is not to be counted on if you want something done or you expect they to do what they say.

I stopped into Ride 1 Powersports off of I70 today and just couldn't believe how much stock they have now. There are also some great new items they are selling since the last time I was here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend you check them out!!!

Wow! That's how you treat your customers. My friend purchased a side by side brand new cash, when he got it home it started making a noise, when he called to bring it back in, they said they didn't hear any noise and they couldn't get it in to look at it for another 45 days. Then they said they were going to cancel his appt because i wrote a bad review... Were very rude, inconsiderate, does not care about you as a person or a customer. Terrible terrible customer service and terrible people all the way around. Rude especially!!!! Not willing to work with you even after a $30,000 dollar purchase and as soon as u walk out the door your on your own basically. They flipped him the middle finger you can say and were super disrespectful. Not willing to help him with his new purchase getting rid of the noise and were not willing to let him bring it in right away to look at it.. Do not purchase from this company they are a joke!!!!!

Bought brand new buggy 4 weeks ago. Went back day after cuz somthing was wrong. They Couldn’t find anything. Now I wanna bring it for oil change and have multiple issues with the machine but they pushing me 45 days and do not giving any priority even I bought it cash 4 weeks ago from them. ??♂️Won’t buy anything from them againNot even an helmet—> Very bad costumer service <—** just received a call from them, and guy told me. If I won’t remove this review away the will Proboblly have to cancel my apt they made for sep 5th LOL **So, no, I’m not take anything offAnd everything is recorded.I never lied or change infoYou have told me there is so many Cx ahead and I accept that.Just wanna share my fellings.Thank you

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have a 2007 Goldwing and went to have work done on it. They won't touch it, they say it is too old and no one works on them anymore. Went to Honda of Troy and yes they do work on ones that old. The idiots at Ride 1 don't know what they are talking about. Also needed an air filter for my wife's 2006 Suzuki Burgman. They told her that they cannot get one and there are no aftermarket available. Called another dealer and they will have it in 3 to 5 days. A simple internet check shows lots of places to get it. Was giving them my business because they are close to me but they obviously don't want it.

Nice building and business. Was there 15 minutes in the sales room and never saw any salesman. When finally found one, I was treated nicely. After learning my info, I went into women's 5 stall restroom. 2 stalls we not flushable. The restroom was not super clean. For fun, I went and looked into the men's restroom.Same 5 stalls, Very clean . Made me wonder..

Hello I order a Bluetooth for my can am spider and it wouldn't work on my yest bike and I call them to send it and was told I could and later on after they received it I was told they couldn't give me my money back just bad to work with now iam out hunders of dollars and have something I can't use . No you didn't resolve anything for me because I was told that after I returned your part but I am the one out of hundreds of dollars and a part I can't use so I will tell people not to order from you all

Bought a new Kymco side by side. They can't service it in a timely manner. 4 month wait is way to long. Ordered a simple wheel stud and nut. (I noticed it was broke when i first took it home, should be warrantied). Parts came from Taiwan and took 4 months to get them and they were wrong. It wasn't even a wheel stud. It was a screw. Totally disappointed in sales and service. I can't recommend this place. Don't fall for it. They will lie to you.

Always a great place to stop by and see the goodies. Everyone is friendly and I enjoy going in there. They have gloves, helmets, clothing, accessories, and of course all the motorized goodies.
