I get my nails done here all the time, they always do a fantastic job. I have never had a bad experience here.
Stylist: Kim is my favorite nail tech. She is professional and kind, has a sweet personality and always does what I ask for, even if I go in and say Oh I don’t know, how about you pick for me? ?

My daughter and I went and got our nails done and was lied to about the price then was charged way too much and did listen to what we wanted and did there own thing very sad and disappointed ? 10 out 10 wouldn't recommend ever

Called the night before for 3 mani/ pedi at 10:00 am the next morning! Got there at 9:55 waited 40 minutes for someone to open and they never did! Ruined the day for my elderly mom/ sister and I ! I will not be going back! Bad bad business!

Worst nail salon ever! She cut me 4 TIMES and did not care, she was on her phone half the time too! She also didn’t shape them right, and all my nails are different lengths! I am so disappointed, my hands are now cut up and payed 60 dollars!

Got my nails done kim didn't want to drill down by my cuticles instead she let me pay and walk out not satisfied that's not great customer service at all don't know if i will ever go back
Update went back to give this place another try and I got another fail this was the next day after I got a full set my cuticles was cut and hurting my polish was discoloring and my nails was not drilled correctly never again

I expressed that I love my thick eyebrows and to simply clean them up. She made them pencil thin and left sticky wax all over my face. I had already paid but she didn’t care. Previous review says they gave someone an infection on her toe. Don’t come here you’ll regret it ? I spent months growing them out only for her to mess them up. Low-quality service but charge high.

Im usually not the one to complain but I literally am so dissatisfied and disappointed in Regal Nails, Salon & Spain Walmart on Tuttle Rd in Springfield, Ohio! Mind you I went with a last resort because my typical salon was booked and I barely get to pamper myself ! I called at to see if Kim was there so she could just do my gel on my nails and she acted like Kim and said to come at 5:30 pm today !Fast foward I showed up 15 minutes early, and asked if Kim was back because I was there for my appointment she said, " No that was me you can pick your color and sit " (When I mean she was super rude to me and also other customers I mean rude as ever.)I asked her a specific service and she simply just did whatever she wanted to do! At this point I'm livid but I'm super respectful and I'm not the type to lash out or cause a scene, I really wanted to walk out but didn't because the lady seemed super stressed out because she was " The only one working ", which I am very understanding because I get overwhelmed too and tired.Anyways she was being super ruff with me and very unprofessional the whole time !My service was done and I was paying with a card and she told me no that I would have to use the ATM inside of there ! Like whatttI gave her the money and she says " Ma'am you didn't give me enough" ! As I am walking out, I said, "You said the service was this amount and I gave you over the amount "!The total experience was super horrible and my nails are trash ! Im so upset she lied saying she was Kim on the phone and I didn't want to just leave I already drove there and wasted time ! I know this is my fault because I should have just left !Moral of the story if you're a business owner your first impression is the best one ! Not once was I rude. She was rude to me and others in there getting serviced " All because she was too tired and hungry " ! This is not an excuse to be hateful and treat a customer that way !I wanted to walk out and not pay but I am not that type of person and just was trying to enjoy myself away from my kids and this happened never again !0/10 do not recommend ?

CASH ONLY!! On-site ATM available. Booked my pedicure on their Facebook page - very helpful to see availability for an after work walk in. Clean environment.
