“I switched over to Kroger Pharmacy, several years ago. It just seems like over the past year service has become increasingly slow. The pharmacy staff are courteous and polite, and that keeps me coming back, I just wish they could do something about the slowing down problem. Not sure if it's a staff shortage or some policy change in the handling of prescriptions. Overall it's quality service, just waiting over an hour for a prescription is ridiculous.”

“These five stars are for one person his name is Troy and he Is one of the guys that brings out your groceries to you when you order online He deserves every bit of theae five stars!! I'm a difficult person to wow When it comes to customer service, I was a manager for 25 years in a customer service setting and I was always very passionate about my job. So when I give a five-star & get impressed by someone's customer service that person is doing an excellent job!! I had groceries to pick up at the Kroger on Bechtle Avenue, they stop bringing orders out to your car at 9pm. I was running behind & didn't get there to pick my groceries up until a little after 9:00. If I had been at any other store which I have been to several where I've come a little bit after the pickup time & And I always got told I would have to come back the next day. Troy sure did not say that to me, He waited on me with a smile, didn't hesitate, even though it was past the time & it was time for him to go home, it made me feel like I was important & that my ordered mattered. Now that is what good customer service is. Your awesome Troy...keep it up ?”
“I gave review on the lousy obnoxious Walmart well it's only fair to give a review on the nice Walmart this Walmart will treat you nicely if you ask them to cut your bread that you buy off them they absolutely very nice about it unlike the other Walmart who need to be closed down well I'm going to oaklawn park in hot springs Arkansas for a couple of months and I will be seeing a of the Walton family like I have for the last 40 years and I'm going to my review with them”

“Since the "remodel " they added a Sushi bar and it is very good! Freshly made daily or made to order on the spot. I don't know their exact hours but these men and women are masterful and this has become an addiction at my house. Wednesday they sell samplers for $5 each- also made fresh that day. Definitely a nice addition to Kroger!”
“CVS has been my go to pharmacy for years now. I used Walgreens for the longest time but switched to CVS since their generic prescriptions are generally cheaper than most other Pharmacies. They also have awesome deals with their coupons.”
