“My friend pulls me into this pet store and t-e first thing I see is donuts so I'm thinking she was kidding me by saying it was a pet store lol. We were politely greeted by a young man who was such a delight, who asked, informed and kindly answered all of our questions with such enthusiasm and intelligence that I was so impressed with and gladly will say he definitely does his job and goes beyond what most employees would ever consider to say the least. I will definitely be back again to shop here and hope that Aiden the young man we met there will be assisting us again. He deserves a raise and hope his supervisor gets to meet the people I came with so they'll know how well he did after meeting them ?‍↕️”

“Watch those sales and discounts at the register! I like this store, but happened to catch a slight difference in the posted discount, 25%, and what rang up, 20% yesterday. After check out, I went back to check, and sure enough, it was 25%. Customer service didn't even question it when I went to adjust it. Pretty sure that was no accident. They just don't think you'll notice.”

“We absolutely love the Springfield Petsmart!! Brittany has been the most amazing teacher to my Australian Labradoodle, Cali Ann (and to myself as a first time dog owner)! We have taken multiple classes and my puppy is tremendously better behaved than compared to when we first started classes. She always spends time making sure we know how to do our “homework” after each class. Brittany also spent time helping us pick out the right treats and helping fit Cali with the proper harness. We also go here for grooming and Christina is the absolute best groomer!! She has gotten Cali’s cut down perfectly. We have been going to her since she was just a few months old. She does exactly what I ask for and has also helped with her training. Every store associate I have spoke with has been a huge help and very nice too! They really spend time helping and getting to know my dog. Cali gets so excited every time we go!”

“My first visit at this location(I've been a customer since the early 90s). My brand of dog food is currently under recall, unfortunately. I had the wonderful experience of meeting Jordan, who assisted me in finding a comparable product. He was fantastic, kind, and very helpful. The lady at the register was also a pleasure and we enjoyed a little giggle together too. I didn't catch her name, I do apologize.I would most definitely recommend this location. Great staff, a great store with excellent products!!♡♡♡”
