“My friend pulls me into this pet store and t-e first thing I see is donuts so I'm thinking she was kidding me by saying it was a pet store lol. We were politely greeted by a young man who was such a delight, who asked, informed and kindly answered all of our questions with such enthusiasm and intelligence that I was so impressed with and gladly will say he definitely does his job and goes beyond what most employees would ever consider to say the least. I will definitely be back again to shop here and hope that Aiden the young man we met there will be assisting us again. He deserves a raise and hope his supervisor gets to meet the people I came with so they'll know how well he did after meeting them ?‍↕️”

“I went to buy a holster for my Ruger pistol and they were out of the leather custom made for my gun. The salesman suggested that if i wanted a holster for carrying it that u could check out their website for now if it was him buy a nylon one that has a good fit for the gun and they're only 10 bucks and sell it down the road or the other side is leep it for another pistol and or give it to someone who is needing a holster until I get the one i really want. Great service and sales job for now I am still using it and my new one is not far from being delivered! Not a big gun department but they don't have any extremely high prices and they are very competitive!!”

“I absolutely love coming here for my dogs' grooming. They are all well taken care of and really love the treats sold here too. Excellent customer service. When something goes wrong (it's happened only once because my dog sat on scissors) they make it right. I wasn't charged for that day and they checked on my pup afterwards. Even said they would pay for the vet if it was necessary. These people truly love pets!”

“I've gone into this PetSmart many times now and used their curbside as well. This PetSmart is always superb. Clean, easy to find everything well stocked. Every employee has been amazing, sweet and helpful. A huge shout-out to Alisha here though as she has fixed any small issues I have had with such grace and kindness. Truly goes out of her way for people she doesn't know. She's an employee who goes above and beyond every step of the way. We can all take some notes from her! “My first visit at this location(I've been a customer since the early 90s). My brand of dog food is currently under recall, unfortunately. I had the wonderful experience of meeting Jordan, who assisted me in finding a comparable product. He was fantastic, kind, and very helpful. The lady at the register was also a pleasure and we enjoyed a little giggle together too. I didn't catch her name, I do apologize.I would most definitely recommend this location. Great staff, a great store with excellent products!!♡♡♡”
