1025 N Bechtle Ave, SpringfieldI absolutely love coming here for my dogs' grooming. They are all well taken care of and really love the treats sold here too. Excellent customer service. When something goes wrong (it's happened only once because my dog sat on scissors) they make it right. I wasn't charged for that day and they checked on my pup afterwards. Even said they would pay for the vet if it was necessary. These people truly love pets!

He's a extremely picky eater so I had to pre make his meals and they made sure to accommodate him with that. I picked him up and they had groomed him and he for sure didn't miss a meal. He looked so good and happy. This kennel is literally home away for home for dogs. The owner pours her heart into this place and it really shows. 100% recommend boarding your dogs here you won't be disappointed.

2725 Selma Rd, SpringfieldWe have brought 8 different pets to Dr. Noll over the past 5 years. Our animals have been well cared for and our concerns listened to.
Our one outdoor garage cat that LOVES his freedom came home with a very clearly injured foot - to the point that maggots grew and were eating away at tissue. We thought for sure he would loose the foot (or his life due to loss of mobility) but Dr. Noll (and his amazing staff) have worked tirelessly for over 2 months nurturing out baby back to health with us. After 2 surgeries, numerous bandage changes, lots of meds, love and rest, He is finally nearly back to normal and will be able to live the life he loves.
I would recommend :) dont hesitate!

They were as gentle, honest and direct about her condition as possible and gave me options, of which I disliked all. In the end, they explained procedures and answered questions. They have cremation services as well. I'm grateful they told me in time to save her from continued pain and discomfort.
Dr. Crouch, thank you. My heart is still broken, but if not for you, Bailey would have suffered longer and I would have been a bigger mess than I am. When the day comes that I obtain a new "special child", I intend to bring them to you.

After that visit, one by one, I brought in my other cats for exams and found they had health problems that were undiagnosed due to the lack of experience of my other veterinarians. I know my animals are well cared for, and I feel like I'm a better pet owner!

3681 Middle Urbana Rd, SpringfieldI had to put my baby down about a month ago. I couldn’t have picked a better place to have this done. The staff and Dr. were so supportive and caring. This, of course was a very difficult time and for some reason since I’ve never had taken any of my animals there before, I figured that they’d just get me in and out. I was wrong. It wasn’t just the service they provided, at a very reasonable price (and I called around for several months to lots of places for the cost) that made me a customer of theirs for life, it was the little extras. They didn’t have to send me a card with everyone’s signature on it a week after Remy was gone telling me how sorry they were for my loss. They didn’t have to do several things but they did and I’m just so glad I picked them to help me with Remy.

Thank you Shawn for truly being a fantastic neighbor and gentleman! Unfortunately, the horse did need to be put down…and Shawn has continued to offer his support and friendship to my sister. The facility is always clean & efficient, & the animals are cared for with genuine concern for their well-being. We moved to Miami County 5 years ago & tried other kennels but quickly returned to Country Squire because, despite the drive, we couldn't come close to duplicating the quality care our pets received from Mr. Wertz!

Very great staff, all kinds of hard working folks who need a drink at 10am after working the overnight shift as a nurse or doing construction. Great place! They should change the name to Waylaid though. If you drink too much, you might get waylaid in completing your tasks but if you drink just enough, you might just get way laid by a pretty lady ?? Awesome place!

4105 E National Rd, SpringfieldDriving by often, I have always wanted to try this place. It had a welcome feel. We were given the choice to sit on either side...left is more of a traditional diner vibe, bright with lots of windows, and the right side is a more quaint bar side with louder music. This side overlooks the outdoor patio too. We chose the bar side.
We received excellent service, friendly, efficient, and everything came out better than expected. We started out with the beef and vegetable soup, and a bowl of the French onion soup. Both were robust in flavor. The char on the French onion soup was perfect. Then the BLT came and had a generous amount of bacon. This bacon was thick and the most flavorful I've ever had. My friend ordered the veggie wrap with honey mustard sauce and she was so happy with it. She said everything was fresh with generous portions. They brew their own tea so this is also highly recommended. ? I cannot wait to visit again. There was a lot more seating than I was expecting. And the bar side had a cool 70s ambiance in a fun, tasteful way.
