Decided at the last minute to make myself get into the branch and open a new checking/savings account. I’m so glad I did. It is a very welcoming environment. The teller was very nice. After waiting on someone to help me open the accounts, here comes Robert. Not five minute after I had sat down. Very polite, and eager to help. The transactions went very smoothly and when I left I was very satisfied. This is the beginning of a good relationship. Thank you Pathways Financial Credit Union.

Brianna in the Springfield office gave me the most amazing customer service. There was recently an upgrade with the online banking and my nerves were wrecked. Whenever, I enter the Springfield Branch Office, I am always greeted with smiling faces and cheerful greetings. This is not only impressive to me but comforting as well.
