I've yet to experience the horror stories from them, that I've had at other name brand service centers such as under tightened drain plugs falling out, under/overtightened oil filters leaking, or underfilled oil. National Pit Stop is super clean, treat my vehicle like it's their own, reasonably priced, and super F-A-S-T!!!! (Literally, they literally are like a pit stop - I was in and out during the lunch hour, in under 6 minutes for an oil & air filter change!) I take all 4 of my vehicles there.”

“A friend of mine, who has had a lot of medical issues, needed a tire mounted on a rim he purchased from an auto salvage yard. His wife (he can't drive at this time) had the tire go down on her while she was out of town. Neither of them knew that their Ram truck, equipped with 20" wheels had a 17" spare. We showed up without an appointment and the guys at Quick Lane had us in and out in twenty minutes, with a full sized spare.”
