I have found that Northside is a very thorough, caring facility. Communication is excellent and they explain everything completely including costs for an tests and procedures letting you make an informed decision. I love the veterinarians and staff who are very professional and caring of your pets.

My German Shepherd puppy had cut her leg chasing my cat. Emergency vet gave her 9 stitches after a 600 vet bill. Try to avoid emergency vets if you can. 3 weeks later, we called Northside Vets office to have stitches removed, and within 15 min, she was released and the bill was Zero. Northside was awesome and friendly. Being a new patient she was nervous, but they treated her great. Highly recommend

The Northside vet runs a pretty tight ship. Things happen as agreed and they seem very professional. I am quite happy with them so far. My dog had to have a growth removed from his back side and teeth cleaned. They were open and henst on the teeth cleaning and didnt overcharge. Prices seem fair and reasonable. Front desk staff are friendly and not like some where you feel like your trying to feed a hungry alligator with bread scraps. Nice people. They are tied to Enon Vet clinis as well who are also decent folks.

First off, it was very affordable to take 2 of my rabbits to be spayed and neutered compared to any other places here in OH, but the facility was very clean, it smelled clean, and I was given clear instructions on what was needed of me to prep the rabbits before their procedure. I had no after surgery complications, and both rabbits are doing well. Will always recommend anyone to go here especially for rabbits.
