Taxes due tomorrow and we still haven’t received them from K Nash. Turned them in February 7th. Never responded to questions and we have been blindsided about the amount she is charging! Worst decision to hire her. Zero stars more appropriate!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner, Kathy Nash, has completely ghosted me two years in a row. After multiple attempts to complete my taxes she just stopped replying. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Asked to get an extension filed which they did but since March 2022 they never contacted me. I called them and was told it would be done in two days. I reached back out and sent to voicemail. It's October 2022 and still haven't had my taxes done. Don't recommend at all.

This business has not followed through on its tax service agreement with us after almost 4 years. I would strongly suggest you find another financial service.

Very professional, quick to respond to questions, filed our taxes quickly. We don’t get a refund, but she made the whole process as painless as possible.

We asked for an extension from the I.R.S. last year (September 2019) and still haven't gotten our taxes back from this company (March 2020). We have left messaged and emailed with little to no response. I would steer clear of this company. If you haven't gotten your taxes back or have issues, consider contacting the BBB and also filing a complaint with the I.R.S.

Absolutely terrible service from this office. The staff was forgetful and unprofessional, overcharged us and never sent our refund, not only that but didn't even manage to file correctly as we received a letter from the IRS that a form was left out, and months later have still not received our refund. This office deserves to go out of business. You're better off doing your taxes yourself.
