“Went to the AT&T on Bechtle in Springfield, OH. Recently got a new job and wanted to set my phone up with First Net. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted. They said they would be right with me so I took the time to make a quick phone call. Rude of me because I did not even know Justin was standing there politely waiting for me to finish. Justin is great to work with, make sure to ask for him. He is very polite and patient and knowledgeable. Gave me a thorough breakdown of costs and plan details and equipment coverage. Wrote it all down for me to take with me in case I forget. Helped me smoothly transition over from my old phone and even waited to make sure everything was working as it should on the new phone. He walked me out and gave me last bits of info to contact him if I need anything. Great customer service and professionalism. He was wonderful to work with so I shook his hand. A very good experience.”

“The five-star rating goes to Slusher. He was professionally efficient in the dispatching of his duties. My need to go to Spectrum was for equipment update. His helpfulness was appreciated. It was a very busy Tuesday morning; and, the wait time was over a half an hour. Of the four employees working, three were monopolized by customers with (apparently) larger issues. Since Time-Warner days, I continue to be a satisfied customer with no complaints with the service Spectrum provides. Thank you.”
“Wow - I am VERY happy I found this place. I have had a broken charge port on my phone for months now - have had to charge using a wireless charging pad. I went in there and the owner fixed the issue, cleaned my phone, and gave me a screen protector — all at an extremely reasonable rate. I’m taking a friend’s phone here later today. Highly recommend”

“We went into this store so my mom could turn in her phone for trade in but we could not figure out how to reset the phone to factory and take it off of SOS mode. Hannah was unable to take the phone at that store because it’s not a corporate store, but she at least got our phone ready to turn in and told us which store we needed to take it too! She was amazing and if I wanted a new phone with Verizon this is the location I would make my purchase!”
