They customer service do not help you if you've been loyal customer they will still cut you off when they bill you incorrectly because the computer says so. I have called number of time trying to get things resolved and if you don't pay your bill your account on suspension you can't speak to someone until your bill has been paid which is ridiculous. The phones don't last they only last a year they don't upgrade and they don't value the customers as well as they should as other phone services do

This is the worst phone service I have ever had. I was told I would have good service at my house and it was awful. Then I would drive 2 blocks from my house and no service. Drive down a hill and the call would drop. Going to Urbana there was no service. I am told afterwards the service would not be good in Urbana. I held out for 27 days and went back to cancel my service. Never again with metro.

, a big fat zero this is the shittiest company ever I've had a Galaxy phone 2 months and the phone charging port is broken and phone do not come with any kind of warranty I was told for $50 a month would cover everything on the phone service and insurance I was lied to do not get this service I highly recommend you not go to this at all if you're going to change service go to Straight talk

I'm always satisfied and happy when I leave that store. Every time I go in there I'm in and out. Very respectful well organized amazing staff. They try to work in a fast-paced when busy. They're extremely understanding and try to help you out in the best ways possible.
