The guy was so rude the entire time. I was going to start new service with a Pixel 6a. He went and got a case and I said I didn't want it but he said it was free. When he quoted me I looked at the price and he tried to charge me for the case I didn't want. 0/10

Pay to switch number from a broken to a new phone then manage to add it on the wrong number but now I got to pay another 22 bucks for their screwups plus stuck without a phone with no way back to the store to fix it.

, a big fat zero this is the shittiest company ever I've had a Galaxy phone 2 months and the phone charging port is broken and phone do not come with any kind of warranty I was told for $50 a month would cover everything on the phone service and insurance I was lied to do not get this service I highly recommend you not go to this at all if you're going to change service go to Straight talk
