“Received EXCELLENT service from Brittany at the Springfield Oh Store! She is very knowledgeable; friendly; patient… not at all pushy. She explained everything about the mattresses and how they support your body with aches and pains. She also explained what the mattresses were made of. We also tried out pillows too. There were several months between our first stop in the store and when we went back in to decide and make our purchase and Brittany remembered us and which beds as well as which pillows we had been looking at. She explained everything about discounts and sales and all the guarantees. Everything will soon be delivered and we are trusting they will be as great as she was!”
