Can't get thru on the phone.When you text your orders you're forgotten. As a care provider once I complete my end of a task I need to know my order will be completed and delivered. And twice now we've been forgotten. Thought I'd be able to Utilize the service, but it's more of a hassle.

I want to love this pharmacy because it’s local but they always come up short with customer care. Unable to answer basic questions. And their prices are always 15%+ or higher than anywhere else around.

Everytime my doctor send a prescription to them, the pharmacy seems to "not have it", causing me to call the doctor for them to say, "we sent it hours ago." Dealing with incompetence for delivery as they are the only ones who do.

Owing to being fitted for compression wear, Emily had served me quite well. While there, I was impressed with the fast-paced, dedicated workforce and decided to make Madison Avenue Pharmacy my preferred pharmacy. The transfer from my other pharmacy was easily expedited; and, it was soon afterwards I received superb service receiving all of my medications. Their courtesy towards customers is genuine and sincere. I’m certain I will look forward to their continued service. Thanks everyone!!!

The people who work here are absolutely delightful and so kind! I never have to wait on my prescriptions which is a huge plus!!! Wonderful place!

I have been using Madison Ave. for about a year and a half, the store is very nice and clean and the staff is generally friendly. Unfortunately they DO NOT answer an old fashioned phone call, so if you have a question about a prescription or otherwise you have to show up in person to speak to an actual person. I could do without holiday decor for an extra person to answer the phone. It has happened to me on 4 different occasions.

Best pharmacy to have in town. Fast service, friendly staff, and the landscaper, that makes the outside look absolutely fabulous every month, that lifts one’s spirits, no matter what medical situation one is facing.And if you have to wait for a short time, the leather chairs to sit in, are a bonus!!
