Been on hold for one hour and 5 minutes and still no one will answer the phone. I bought a stack washer and dryer from them in April and the washer is messed up already. Hopefully nothing too crazy is wrong. Trying to call to speak to someone about the warranty I purchased but can’t even get someone to answer the phone. I understand if they are busy or what not but no one answering at all after an hour?? I continue to call back and nothing. I’ll be glad to share the screenshots of the wait time if necessary. I have my receipt and everything l, just need to talk to someone. Im working during the hours they are open so going in is not an option for me.

Note to self, Don't grab RJ, the Store Manager. He took Shannan and humiliated her in front of staff just because I wanted some glass cut. I had glass cut there before but she was new. Then he tried to ask me did I know the name of HIS staff that worked in this section last time. Why would it be my job to remember that just to get some glass cut? I haven't been back here in like 5 months bro

Purchased a washer and dryer last week. Delivery guys installed the washer and broke my drain pipe and two water lines. I have been waiting for a return call since Thursday. I want this resolved.

I was in the Lowe's Springfield store today. Most merchants are doing a way with self-checkout. With the exception of Outside Lawn & Garden, this is all they have. The outside cashier moved with the speed of a dead gazelle. People at self check out weren't any better. After waiting 20 minutes I left.
They have the same mgr who scheduled an interview a while back for 4:15. Went to lunch at 4:10. Didn't cancel or call to reschedule. Won't go here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE THIEVES.
The delivery driver that delivered my washer stole from my home. Won't be going to another Lowe's ever again.
EDIT: IF you see their comment in this, please know they did nothing. I contacted them and the police the second I noticed my wedding rings were gone. They were NOT helpful to me or the police. My family has a local business and used to shop at Lowes all the time but after this, they won't be. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Is there a reason announcements are made over the intercom in Spanish? This is absolutely disgusting that you would subject American citizens to this. Do better lowes, this is an English speaking country, we do not cater to minorities.

Their employees are helpful. Home Depot employees never offer to help. If they see you needing help, you won't see one employee except for their cashiers.

Still a great place to get things. Had to wait 10min to find some help after having someone page for assistance though but it wasn't awful I suppose. Used to seeing a staff in nearly ever aisle but not today probably a fluke. Also there was a waiting line for self check out and 2 or 3 self checkouts were closed and customers were joking that we're all soon going to be unemployed customers if we can't even work the self checkouts anymore.
