I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone at Littleton and Rue funeral home for their assistance in planning my grandfather's memorial service. Rob Rue and his assistant Ashley were particularly helpful during the initial stages, providing a compassionate and supportive environment. The facility was beautifully maintained, and we appreciated the special touches such as the custom crossword puzzle that added a personalized element to the ceremony.

It was great working with the staff at Littleton & Rue during this fragile time. Stacy was our direct contact person & was very accommodating/available and paid attention to every single detail down to even the placement of the pictures & flowers that were provided for the viewing & funeral. She went out of her way to keep in contact and to make this experience the best it could be in this fragile & difficult time as we celebrated the life of our loved one.

Our family couldn’t have been more please with how we were treated like family by the staff. Stacy was awesome to work with, she was very compassionate and meet all of our needs clear up to the time of the service and even afterwards.We also used The Landing for our gathering after the funeral. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a meal and our guest without having to worry about set up or clean up. Everything was taken care of for us.Highly recommend Littleton & Rue and the The Landing

Littleton and Rue helped me navigate my dad‘s passing with such grace, kindness, compassion and empathy. Rob and Katherine guided me through the entire process, which made things extremely easy during a difficult time. They covered every detail and even followed up afterwards to check to see how I was doing. They also surprised me with a wonderful gift as I received a certificate of a tree planted in my dad‘s name. They really went above and beyond for us. Losing a loved one is difficult at any time, and navigating the aftermath can be even harder. But working with Rob and Katherine provided such a wonderful level of comfort and peace for which I will always be forever grateful.

When my partner died at home recently I had arranged Littletons to come and pickup her body.All I can say is what a “Class act” from start to finish!!Rob came in that morning and quietly explained what would happen. His helper came in and when she was ready ,Rob stopped upon leaving, and gave me time to be alone to say my last goodbye.After they left I looked on the bed and there was a single white rose laying on the poem “I’m Free”.That along with real sincere concern for my wellbeing made that day easier.And they STILL check on me!Katherine texted me to see how I was doing and offered any help I needed.A very caring,professional place for your loved one to be.

Littleton's funeral home did an excellent job. Not only did they make the client look 10 years younger, they also drove him up Warren Ohio. Rob Kaufman and his staff really went the distance for us

Our family has appreciated the professional and personal attention to our family during our recent loss of husband, Dad and Grandpa. Both Rob K and Rob R were so helpful in handling the details of the service and burial. Everyone at Littleton and Rue offered us comfort at each encounter from the pre planning to the follow up days after the funeral. Thanks, also, to everyone who works behind the scenes to make Littleton’s tops in Springfield.

Littleton and Rue is an exceptional funeral home to which our family has utilized multiple times through the years. After our mother passed recently, we, including mom, were treated with such respect and dignity and Rob worked with us ensuring our expenses were affordable. Littletons staff goes above and beyond the details ensuring that everything is taken care of. Their staff is a caring and accommodating and when I had a request and it was taken care of immediately. Rob Rue has instilled values and integrity with his staff that I am positive was passed down from his father, Tom and the same comfort and service offered many years ago still stands true today. We are grateful for the services provided to our family because at a time of loss, and planning multiple things, Littleton’s took a lot of the burden off our family. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Littleton & Rue Funeral home.
