Product on shelf is an issue. For example the tru fru frozen choc covered strawberries has been out of stock for over 3 weeks. The glons of Kroger brand sweet tea is always out of stock. Hard to get a cart through the aisles are congested. Checkout lanes are barely open so long lines.

I feel bad for the cashiers. Only 2 lines open, 1 bagger. People lined up back into the aisles. They were asking for help and not getting it. I bagged my own cart full of groceries.

Went 10 minutes before they closed and security guard wouldn’t let me in. I was going for 1 item! Called and spoke to Brooke who said she was customer service manager. She said they stop letting people in a few minutes before they close because they have to leave at 10….if that’s the case then you need to change your posted hours! I would not have wasted my time going there in the first place! Completely unacceptable! This is a terrible Kroger!!! Will be contacting corporate!!!

This store is entirely incompetent and unwilling to do anything to make things right for their customers. THREE TIMES IN A ROW now I have had issues with their pickup. The first time, an employee gave our $300 order to the wrong car. When I told the employee, he yelled “FUCK!” at the top of his lungs. Then I had to wait 2 more hours while they picked a new order, which after I got home, found I was still missing 8 items.The second time I drive all the way there for another order. After getting there, they tell me that it’s going to be another couple hours. So I wait again. Once I get home, still missing 3 items.Most recent time, we schedule a pickup for tonight. This time they called at least, but told me the order will not be ready until tomorrow.When I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and the phone cut out after 20 minutes on hold. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to get someone to pick up the phone and was finally able to get a hold of the General Manager, Kayla.Kayla was unapologetic and flat out rude. She blamed corporate for their procedures and failures at the store. She also didn’t even ask for a description of the employee who screamed profanity with my son in the back seat. She said “I can’t clone people and force them to work.” No kidding. Never once did I even suggest such a ridiculous thing. I have a business degree and have worked in a corporate environment for years in management positions and know for a fact she is just blowing smoke.Will not be going back. Even when we do get our orders, half the produce is almost expired anyway.

They’re always missing specific items that I check for multiple times a week. There’s never rotisserie chicken. It doesn’t matter if I go in at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, etc.
