Needed to speak with pharmacist. Only one on site and was doing biometric screening with client and would be at least 20minutes. These should not be scheduled when only one pharmacist is on site. Poor business practice for simply trying to meet metrics.

Just moved here from a country town in mt Vernon ohio, phone bn ringing for over 20 mins ?, don't know what to think, ? so I was on hold for another 7mins then someone put me on hold, then it rang again for 4mins

The worst pharmacy in my 25 years in spfld oh. Should be closed until they get under control. 3 to 5 trips to get a prescription. They act like customers are outlaws trying to get drugs. I am done with the mess.

Gave wrong dosage 2x what the doctor ordered. We didn’t realize for several months. When we took the wrong medicine back the billed us again for finally getting us the correct medicine dosage. They skipped consult and neglected the doctors prescription for four months. They didn’t apologize for their mistake.Terrible pharmacy- not the first time they have got things wrong. Be careful if you use them.

They don't answer the phone when ya call. The prescriptions that are set up for auto refill don't refill. Set up for text when meds are ready don't get any messages.

I have had enough of this store! They are out of something on my list 100% of the times I go there. I'm talking about basic stuff. Today it was tomato sauce and 1 lb. bags of rice (it would take me several years to eat one of their 5 lb. bags) . Last time it was whole milk. MILK!Employees shopping for other customers with their gargantuan shopping trucks always block me from getting something from shelves... you know... assuming something is even on the shelf.I don't know if the store's manager is cutting hours lately or if s/he is just bad at managing the place, but, even though I live 2 minutes away, I'm going to start shopping somewhere else. I always have to go somewhere else anyway.

TERRIBLE. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy unless you like waiting an ungodly amount of time on your prescriptions or being put on hold for 10-20 minutes just to have a simple question answered. Then when you do get to go in the store they’re rude and act like you are wasting THEIR time.

Honestly better off finding a different pharmacy. They’ve lost my medicine once. Gave me someone else's medicine. They don’t even give you all your medicine. I called asking if they have my prescription for antibiotics and was told they don’t. My doctors office called asking if it’s been filled (before they can send a new prescription to a different pharmacy, they need to make sure it wasn’t filled) the pharmacist told my doctor that they did in fact have it and for “some reason” it can not be filled. My husband and I have had multiple different time where medicine has been sent and not all has been filled/ or none filled at all. Just save yourself the time and effort’s and find a different pharmacy. Very unorganized

Is it a pharmacy? Yes. Do they have my prescription quantity in stock on the same day every month? No. Have I been told that my prescription would be available for pickup in 5 hours? Yes. Have I been told that it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes? Also yes. It's extremely inconsistent and sometimes people seem aggravated over the phone. However they do take the GoodRX card baby! Customer for life. Lol
