My girlfriend was rudely spoken to by a cashier named Janie .. she was a total bitch . We usually get great service there . People like her need to not be interacting with the public.

It's a struggle getting prescriptions in a timely manner at any pharmacy lately however these guys seem to really try harder than the rest to make it happen.

I called in my refill Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. I went to pick it up Thursday night, was told it wasn't ready and to have a seat. I waited 55 minutes intoned and sitting only to be told that they wouldn't be able to fill my prescription that night and to come back the next day. I called this morning (Saturday) to check on it and the pharmacist said she'd fill it right away. Called again to check order status two hours later and still nothing.

Krogers charged both of my friends double the amount of what was suppose to be paid for and then refused to give them their money back. Check your debit cards after shopping here. I have seen other post where they have done this too. Be aware and I will never shop at krogers again! They are thieves and the absolute worst place ever!!

I was here 45 minutes waiting to get a prescription that was supposed to be filled yesterday but they didnt have it. They told me to come today so i wait in a long line forever get to the counter and its still not filled. Worst pharmacy in Springfield, get ur act together!
