I have unfortunately had to use their services 2 times in 2 years. Each time they were professional sympathetic and available. I have worked with both the Cincinnati and Springfield location and both offices have amazing staff. I am truly grateful for their staff members their patience and the willingness to help.

The funeral Home caskets are very expensive at Jerry Kinley Funeral Home. Use the word casket and shop on Google and you will see caskets that are thousands of dollars less and a larger selection to pick from. SHOP online for your casket before visiting Jerry Kinley Funeral Home. Federal Law says the funeral homes have to accept outside caskets and not charge anything to receive them. Hall and Jordan will give you a better service also.

Very professional and compassionate staff, towards the deceased and the family. The way they cared for my loved one was amazing & she looked beautiful! Their rates are the best around & you get 24-hr service-you can't beat that! We called many times, at all hours, panicked & with lots of questions & the phone calls were answered every single time. They took all of the weight & stress off of us and made us feel totally at ease. You just do not get that type of service anymore, so I will always use their services and will refer them without hesitation!

My cousin had his service there and everyone there was amazing. I even called afterwards to talk to them and they gave me even more comfort in these times. The pastor was amazing as well as the other staff. In these troubling time's believe me they were the ones to call. God bless you and your services ?

Absolutely excellent at what they do. Best price in the area. You wont regret calling them. That horrible call you have to make to make arrangements for a loved one is easier when using this funeral home.

During such a difficult time, Benny and the lovely lady whom I did not catch her name, were so helpful, understanding, and very accommodating to our family.
