If by “elite” one would assume he gets this rating by padding his pocket and denying claims, which I suppose is good if you’re a reckless UD student ramming into others, I would imagine it’s the same if you make a homeowners claim…DENIED. How he sleeps at night is beyond me.

Been using Allstate and Jim twigs agency for almost a year. Saved me thousands of dollars on our homeowners insurance and keep getting refunded money on our car insurance because of the drive wise app. Greatly appreciate all that is happening for us.

Canceled insurance polices on the 13 of September. Not due till the 21st. Said they would stop it from going through. Well they didn't. Now my checking account is seriously overdrawn. Senior on disability in which they are taking advantage of us. Said policy renewal date was September 6th. If that's the case why isn't it due the 6th not the 21st. Very upset with the way they handled our accounts. Garry Eaton and Debra Pine we need our money. Now I have to pay 111 dollars in overdrawn charges.

Was very hepful when my house was damaged by a car that ran into a wall of my garage. Always responds, always provides answers, always on your side when you deal with another insurance company or construction company. At least this is my impression.

I’ve been with Allstate for several years now. First when Tina Bailey ran the branch and then stuck with Jim Twiggs and his team. Both times, I was in a tricky situation and both times, AllState provided an overall better and more affordable coverage option. Further, each time I had a challenging insurance situation both Tina and Jim were friendly, quick to respond and provided excellent “home town” service. I will recommend Jim to anyone who needs insurance needs!

Jenna is very good and responsive . She has always been very helpful. When i had a bad wreck and totaled my car she took care of everything and helped me navigate everything. I always have found her to be very prompt. It has been a great experience with her.
