The dealership was very clean and super easy to navigate, My salesman was Seth, he was very friendly and helped me get the best price on a new-to-me GTI they had.

I recently had a horrible experience with Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield. They do terrible work, provide terrible service, do not stand by the quality of their work, and ignore customer claims which cause customers to pay other Dealerships to actually provide the services they already paid Jeff Wyler to provide.

The salesman and the sales manager were extremely nice and efficient. The actual sale agreement was accomplished in a short time. We got a good deal on the truck. The experience was marred by a four hour wait to complete the financial documents.

Matt definitely stood behind his word and got my deal done got a great 2023 Toyota Tacoma with a great warranty even though these days it’s hard to get a cheap payment I’m still satisfied with what I got and Matt needs a raise he stood by his word 8 months ago and today he did the same . This dealership is about making the customers happy I’m not a paid spokesperson a real customer. I feel bad but I don’t remember my salesman’s name I do know he loves the buffalo bills he stayed late so me and my wife could finish up everything today and get all my stuff transferred over he was very helpful also thanks again I will definitely be a life long customer..?

My experience here was amazing. From the time i got there to the time i left in my new car the friendly service never stopped. Matt, the one selling me the car was great. Not pushy, not trying to force anything on to me, but instead trying to find something that would best suit me and my needs. Great guy, great place, great people. 10/10
