My experience buying a new 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line was absolutely fantastic. Austin Nickell was very accommodating, wonderful to work with, and ensured my total satisfaction. I will definitely be recommending him in the future. On top of that, Angelica Sise from Finance was great! She was happy to answer any of my questions and made the process a breeze.
There were others I worked with briefly and they were very nice and accommodating, too. Overall, my first-time buying a new car was great thanks to you all! Thank you, again!

They took great care of my vehicle maintenance, talked me through what was going on with my vehicle. John was wonderful in making sure everything I needed was taken care of, and researching further options for me. Highly recommend their services department!

I dropped my car off and was told the part would be there the following monday, i called for another issue on friday said she would look into it and got no return phone call. Called monday 3 times. No return phone call, same with tuesday. No return phone call. I went into the service department and taasha was amazing. She helped me and went above and beyond for me, and got me a rental car. A part delay is not their fault but no return phone calls from angela is not okay!!Not to mention she didn't even put in an order for what i called on friday for.

Will and Tyler were great. I appreciated their courtesy and willingness to work efficiently to get me out the door with a new Telluride that I really like. I had a small issue with the original purchase and contacted AJ the sales manager who quickly fixed my concern, which left me feeling very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Came in looking at a used car left in a brand new Kia Forte. Will was amazing and got me a great deal. As someone rebuilding their credit I never thought I would walk out of a dealership with a brand new car. Everything was explained and the multitude of questions I had were all answered. First time i've ever purchased a brand new car and couldn't be happier. Everyone hears horror stories about dealerships but this was the exact opposite. Was an amazing experience!

We were traveling through OH on our way to CT. Our car started having issues! We stopped in Springfield at this dealership. They made time to search for the problem and fixed it for us so we could get back on the road. We are very pleased and thankful!!!
