Service for Hyundai: scheduled online for oil change, tire rotation, and 2 recalls. Once arrived for appointment (that was booked for at least two weeks), I was told they couldn’t do the recalls within the time frame, so I would have to come back in future. Fine, but would have been great if the service center contacted me prior to let me know and get the appropriate scheduled appointment to complete the services. So, just oil change and tire rotation, going to be $80. Fine, pricey, but fine. Then we noticed that back drivers side tail light was out. Wanted to replace it for me at $80 …. Are you kidding me? No. No thank you. I can purchase the bulb myself for anywhere from $8-15 and replace it in a few minutes. The reason I give 3 stars is, while they completed the basic service timely, the place seems unorganized, unprofessional, doesn’t care about the customer, and has been just down right disappointing the several times I have taken my vehicle in. I was considering purchasing my next vehicle here, but honestly, I won’t due to poor service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience, sales associate Alayna was courteous, & respectful from the moment we met on the lot & through all the purchase details, the information she provided about all the vehicles allowed us to narrow down our decision with out any pressure, the finance team were kind & made the purchase easier than expected. P.s. our Tucson is awesome! Thank you Alayna for providing excellent assistance.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Ali Meyer at Hyundai and I have been overly impressed each purchase. She takes care of you like family and goes above and beyond to find the best fit car for you! I will never buy a car from anyone else! I also can not say enough about the Service Manager Michele any time I need scheduling she get me in so quickly and always takes care of my outlandish requests! Between the two of them they have a customer for life!

Love this place! Dani was so kind, patient and worked her tail off to make sure I went home in what I truly wanted! Not a single pushy person in the building! I have always had bad experiences with dealerships but Dani fixed that anxiety for me with her stunning personality!

Let me start by saying that Mr. Fritz And Mr. Cardoza in the service department are awesome.Reached out to one on social media and was able to give a lot of information, the other was very professional over the phone with scheduling.These two individuals show that this is a very competent and promising location, instead of dreading a trip to the dealership, I am very excited. These are the people I want working on my car.So far, just the treatment I’ve gotten sets them apart from every other Hyundai dealership in the area.

The review should be 0!. I waited 3 months for the Kona SEL to come in. The Cactus fern came in the last week of March. My Sales person,Cody Johnson was great. The manager, Josh not so much. The manager stated the Tuesday it came in, it was to be set back for me. So Wed I drove there after work, so I could make sure it was what I wanted. I let Cody know., because it was his day off. Thursday we were going to start the process over the phone, because Cody was going to go out of town. He called me about 3:30 pm to let me know that the manager was trying to sell it out from under me, because it was the end of the month.,and there's not many cars. So I raced down there. Was working on the pricing, when I noticed a$2000 extra cost. The manager he'd told me he would charge just the MSRP, Android nothing over it.josh wouldn't come out to see me. He had the salesperson tell me that he wouldn't honor the deal without the extra $2000. I have heard nothing positive about Jeff wyler

False details from Service department in Beavercreek. Took my car in on Monday for a recall on the engine. No call or information on it so I called Wednesday and they said it was in the process of being looked at and I would receive a call later that day with more information. No call again so I called on Friday and they said a technician was assigned but my car couldn't be looked at until the following Tuesday. Not sure what happened to it was being looked at 2 days prior to this but I guess time travel must have been involved. I asked about a rental car as I have had to Uber several times at this point to and from work and was told they do not have any cars and do not have an agreement with any rental agencies to fulfill that aspect of the warranty.

We stopped in on our way to visit a friend and took a test drive in the Palisade Calligraphy because we’ve been unable to find one near our home - they sell before they get to the lot. It’s an amazing vehicle and has all the “bells and whistles” and then some. Matt worked with his finance team to get me the deal I wanted (better actually) and the trade-in value I asked for, and now I’m going home one happy customer! I have been driving a Hyundai since 2007 and I love them - so glad I was able to get a bigger vehicle to suit my needs and stay in the Hyundai family. Thanks Matt and Jeff Wyler Hyundai!!
