The truck we bought, though it was used , was making a clicking noise immediately after buying it but thought maybe it was nothing. Went to get it checked out and it was a 500 $ repair. This was immediately after getting the truck and Jeff Wyler said service thoroughly checked it over. We have the two year free service for getting a used car here but will not be using it and going to another Toyota dealership. I’d rather pay for good service then deal with this

I went to KBB to get a trade value. They had a place where you could get an instant quote from local dealers and they all came in around 44-45k but the trade value was $51k so I was thinking I will just trade it in on a new vehicle for my wife. Then I get an email from AJ at Jeff Wyler saying he would give me $51,133 cash for it. So I had to get my nephew to follow me out there and wait. When I got there we went out and looked over the vehicle and everything was a 10 except there was a little wear spot on the driver seat. It is a ford f350 with 60k miles. So we go inside and the young man who was helping me had to go back and talk to AJ, who is evidently the manager. He comes back out and offers me $47k! I was like where did the $51k go?! And now it was a matter of principle. He went back to AJ again and came back with $49k and I said no chance. I gathered up my title and keys and left! So I was out of 2 hours of my time, and $20 I paid my nephew to follow me out there. I also had just sent my wife a pic of a black Chevy Blazer that was sitting in the show room. I was going to buy it for her but will never do business at that place again! I have bought a couple vehicles from them as I try to buy local, but no more! You must stand by your word. Just beware if you you get a quote from them, they are just trying to get you to their business and then work you for more money. I don’t need their money so it didn’t work this time.

My vehicle was and still is giving me a warning about an airbag problem. Since it is still under warranty I had to take it to a dealership. At Jeff Wyler I was told I needed $745 worth of work done to my car..which it does not and after having my vehicle there for 6+hrs, the problem was not fixed. I will never do business with them again.

First, their automated operator is beyond annoying. Press 0 to bypass it. I took my vehicle in at 11. I called at 3 and it's done. The mechanic had over $700 worth of suggestions. No thanks. I was told as soon as the keys are brought up to the desk, they would call...still waiting.

This place is full of crooks. Let me just start off by saying they wanted me to replace parts my vehicle didn’t even have. Some guy named Ben is the one who “helped” me. He had no clue what he was doing. My car was brought here twice now to be inspected for problems after an accident both times they never fixed the issue. They charge outrageous prices 175$ an hour. They know nothing about chevys.Services: Steering & suspension repair
