“The five-star rating goes to Slusher. He was professionally efficient in the dispatching of his duties. My need to go to Spectrum was for equipment update. His helpfulness was appreciated. It was a very busy Tuesday morning; and, the wait time was over a half an hour. Of the four employees working, three were monopolized by customers with (apparently) larger issues. Since Time-Warner days, I continue to be a satisfied customer with no complaints with the service Spectrum provides. Thank you.”

We were greeted immediately and soon a young man by the name of Sam offered to assist us. outstanding young man very patient with us and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were bothering him !
