They were closed due to rain, but opened up for me to get my SUV cleaned for a trip I was taking following morning, I highly recommend this place, outstanding customer service!!!!!

When I got in my car, the consul was it touched. The steering wheel wasn’t touched. All the floor mats had water in it. My seat had water on it. I asked for manager , he came out and said we take a Lysol wipe to it, I asked why my seat was wet and my floor mats were soaked. Are lives in Spfd for 45 years and always had my vehicle washed here.They must not be the same owners..BTW.. I bought their VIP PACKAGE… do not go here it is awfulServices: Vacuuming

Went through pd for the vip package very dissatisfied asked about tire shine?told to talk to manager when I did he said they just dry towel wipe sorry gave you guys several times each time was worse will not be going backServices: Polishing

Asked for the vip package they didn't clean the mats wipe off dust inside didn't spray tires clean jams then when I asked about the tires and at least wipe down told to see manager he said what looks good will never go back

Usually don’t have any problems BUT this time was terrible, got the VIP package $36, when they said your done I got in the car and could see they didn’t wipe the dash or steering column, went back inside and they said they would take care of it, someone did go back out and wipe the steering column but that’s all, car was still dirty inside and out.Services: Vacuuming
