Unfortunately, this is the only grocery store in the neighborhood. The staff can be very friendly, but I have often witnessed rude treatment of customers first hand. I arrived one night 10 minutes prior to closing time just to pick up a package from the Amazon locker inside, and was rudely and aggressively told at the door that the store was closed (I was ultimately allowed to get my package, which literally took less than two minutes). The prices aren’t the most competitive, and the quality of the sparse produce selection is very poor. The meat and deli selections, however, always look very fresh and are very reasonably priced. This store can do better, and has the potential to be the gem of the south side.

Compared to 3 months ago with the firing of the old staff and rehiring of the new staff and cleaning up the old staffs unsanitary habits in order for EACH AND EVERY DEPARTMENT to follow safety and sanitation regulations in order for the community to purchase products that are worthy and safe and quality products and products that are worthy of the safety and sanitationregulations that are implemented by the health department and state and federal requirements. I've worked there for a little over a month. And yes we have had a few hiccups with equipment failures unexpectedly and please believe that we are doing our best in EVERY DEPARTMENT to give the customers and community quality healthy regulation met products to keep yourself and your families healthy. We are just a little short staffed right now and are doing our best to keep the shelves stocked. If there's anything that you need from any specific department please don't hesitate to ask someone from that department to help you or someone up front to get personal from that department to help you and answer any questions or requests that you may have. We are just here to help you and your family and our community.

I visted the store in July for some fresh produce and was appalled at the state of the grocery store. Moldy fruit and vegetables, low stock overall and all of the beef was grey and smelly. If the store can't sell meat fast enough get rid of the fresh produce areas because no one wants to see that. Kind of sad considering how nice the Groceryland in Xenia is. Store management needs to do better or just turn the store into a liquor shop.

This store had what I wanted, but there were several bare shelves. The fried chicken looked good but I did not purchase.

Was line jumped twice once in the deli where the attendent deliberately allowed it to happen. Then she was snotty with me and said " what you want". Also once in the actual line. I felt discriminated against.

How do you claim to close at 10 and it’s 9:22 & you all are telling folks the store is closed by phone and yet you can walk in the GROCERY shop yet ya close the liquor store how does that work Boooooooooooooo be gone

The employees are very nice and friendly. I'd give 5 stars for them. The store has limited food options. And the shelves are bare. I do however understand they did not get alot of customers in the beginning. I would understand the bareness. They have more customers coming in now and it still looks that way.
