Gates Brothers Glass helped resolve a 7-month ordeal to replace a hard-to-find rear window on my Volvo that a mechanic had broken. Liz handled all the issues with having a third party cover the repairs and made things right when the wrong window was originally sent. It was a joy to work with them and they did great work.
