Bought a ps5 was told by Keith that if I did not like it after I tried it I could return it for a refund or exchange I ended up not liking the console and wanting to go back to Xbox upon trying to return it. I was told I couldn’t return it because it was a new console so basically I was lied to so he could make a sell I also called the Maryville branch after speaking to this location that was not helpful at all and lied to me. Maryville ended up hanging up on me. What a joke of a store do not waste your money here

Do not shop here the return period is a joke. 7 lousy days.This GameStop and their employees are total joke. Keith is the biggest joke of them all. I bought an Xbox series X a few days ago. Tried to return it to the store and he only offered me trade in value. Was extremely rude to me and essentially treated me as I didn’t matter as a customer. The female worker was sarcastic and cocky to me. The only one that was professional was the guy with the tattooed arm. I will never shop here again. Cancel my Pro Membership because you just lost a customer for life.I hope this company goes out of business.

Didn't have a receipt so was taken advantage of. Trying to just exchange or get store credit as my wife and son bought a duplicate game on father's day. Father's Day was June 18. Today is July 9. Selection of used graves was pretty sparse. The first time we attempted to go to the store was June 27 but at 1220 we left after waiting on the store to open for the past 20 minutes.The app doesn't work and I can't see receipts on the app or email though it's tied to my pro account.It's no wonder I haven't been a regular customer. Might as well just pay the convenience fee and order direct from console store.

Gamestop has gotten really greedy, honestly no reason they should be giving me 6 dollars for a PS5 game then putting it on shelfs for 30 dollars. I understand making a profit, but holy hell!Also Matthew really has no clue of anything! He couldn't give me an answer to a single one of my questions, maybe it comes down to training but the last year or so this place has went down hill!I wouldn't be surprised if this gamestop closes within a year or two.

I don’t know what happened to this store but it literally and figuratively stinks. I’ve been in here over this past holiday season chasing down Funko pops for gifts and I literally couldn’t stand to be in it from the stench. It smells like a toiletSide note while chasing down pops I found one I wanted for myself, but being the holidays and they had an abundance, I figured I would wait and come back the first of the year for it. So a couple of days ago I returned, and I couldn’t find any of the one I was looking for was when the guy at the desk says they moved them to the clearance section and there was a couple still left. Yay score right!? No! They literally stuck huge clearance stickers right across the front of the funko boxes!!! This is GameStop they should definitely know better than to do this. The guy seemed surprised I no longer wanted it. Cmon now!

Angie is a scammer. She added game protection charges to all of my games without asking and redeemed my rewards points also without asking so I didn't notice until looking at my receipt later. Be careful if Angie is your cashier because I'm sure this isn't the first time she has done this.
