Outstanding place ? took great care of my mother I had her feet and hands done. She is 85 they were so considerate of her. Ciera Fraley was her nail technician. I was very impressed with her. She will be the only one to work on my mother.

If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would. Shannon worked WONDERS on my hair! I’m such a tomboy, and she literally walked me through everything she did before she did it. I’m seeing her again in 8 weeks to make it even lighter. Definitely recommend Shannon! The atmosphere was great too. So laid back!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I have been following Cindy Metzger from 3 different salons and now at Fridays, by far its so relaxing and calming and so pretty salon I have ever been.Cindy is the BEST hair dresser that I have ever had. She listens to my concerns and gives me sound advice as to what to I THINK I WANT and WHAT I SHOULD DO!!! Lord knows I don’t want to be this 60 some year old woman trying to look like a 16 year old with teen pink and purple Polkadotted hair!!!! Lol not that there is anything wrong with that!!!!Anyways she’s caring and great at what she does and great at listening and sometimes I think she should have minored on Psychiatry listening to our ups and downs through the year thank you Cindy for a job well done!!!!Services: Haircut

Oh where do I start, I can’t say enough about this salon! I am so happy to have Heather do my hair and husband’s! She does beyond just your hair, she makes you feel so at peace to be in her presence! Not only is it a boutique it’s a place where you don’t have anyone judging you! I enjoy being able to go and just sit and chat and listen to some relaxing music, and not no rap that is swearing, but Focuses on God! If you need your hair cut, colored or permed ask for Heather, she will do what you ask for!!

Telling a young woman to lower her standards & ignoring client wishes.Sent my daughter there for a prom hair style. As my daughter and her stylist were talking she asked what my daughter wanted to do. My daughter says Veterinarian Science at Ohio State. To which the stylist replies “oh honey you probably won’t get in there, maybe you should aim lower”. They don’t know each other, my daughter is top 1% of her class, and even if that wasn’t the case why dash the hopes and dreams of a young woman.Stylist didn’t listen to my daughter as far as what she wanted (simple twin braid and curl). And sent her home with 4 unsecured braids that were completely frizzy, looked like she spent the night in yesterdays hairdo.If you go here be sure to keep an eye on the conversation and enforce your desired level of service.(Don’t worry my wife fixed her hair and mopped up the tears)** Salon did call and apologize, no refund was offered.
