These folks are down right awesome! I have a handicap van . I tried for 4 days to insure. I’ve been too at least 35 places and the first little snag they would just send me out the door. These guys set down and worked with me to find a solution! Kind, friendly, and professional service! That’s all I wanted and they delivered !! Thanks

Tim was wonderful. He saved us over $1500 by reassessing our insurance for home and auto. He even made the payment (yes, we reimbursed him) to keep continuous coverage as we transitioned to a new insurance. Timely responses, knowledgeable and friendly. Julie has a pleasant manner and also very professional. So grateful to have them as our resource for insurance.

◇Excellent customer◇ service!------NOT!-----Switched my payments from $80 to $119 for no reason. Without telling me. That's 25% for no reason. Gruff secretary. No agent call beck. Good thing I never had to make a claim. They would have dropped the ball. The agent actually said, "It's been my experience...blah blah blah" Anyone over 25, knows anything past "It's been my experience" is completely bull$h!t. He was stopped mid lie and got told to go pound sand.

Great experience, I totaled my car and it got taken care of very quickly. The staff we’re very friendly, I even had the VP of business development reach out to me and make sure I was okay from the accident.
