Customer service was good, but prices are crazy! They take the same bundle from home depot and double the price! Not saying this isn’t a good place for other things but I’d definitely shop around before purchasing something.

Nice to find an independent lumber yard and hardware. They gave a solid inventory. I will make the drive from now on. They have what I would need and do it old school. They are an icon in Springfield.

Went to the big chain hardware stores looking for a strike plate for my door. The big companies want $9 for one. I call Brian Lumber and got it for a lot less!! Went in and Brant got us taken care of! Great customer service!! We will be back!
