My experience here was nothing short of phenomenal! The whole staff was very kind and knowledgeable, especially Sam Dyson, who I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with! He took his time and thoroughly explained the rate plans and the device options. If you need a good experience and someone with great product knowledge, I recommend Sam! Above and beyond, thank you Cricket Wireless for a memorable experience. This isn’t nearly my first time, but easily the best experience!

I have a friend who has been using cricket for many years. And I was personally there when she has made her payments to get her phone turned on. She brought a statement in showing that the bank had made the payments. And it's always done in the 1st of the month when she gets her disability check and they turn the phone off and throw it at the bank was at fault. She's had issues with this cricket here in Springfield on main stanything ever, and of all things they told them she hasn't made a payment there in months yet. Her phone stayed on as she made her muffin payments and had to prove by the bank. And they swept him down at the bank was at fault. Something needs to be done instead about this. I figured i'd be responsible, i'd rather not be able to do that. I guess it's not so bad to be for.

Very upset unfortunatly bought the party cube supreme for $79.99 friday 6-16-22 without testing because it wasn't charged tried it at home, very poor quality. Tried to return in original packaging, nothing missing Monday 6-20-22 they refused. I've been a customer for many years. I will be taking my phone service somewhere else.
