“Can’t understand all the bad reviews. I’ve banked with them for years and always had a positive experience. Yes they are somewhat outdated but have recently joined the tech ouch with online banking ect and it’s always worked for me. They are not flashy but everyone knows me by name giving it the “cheers” atmosphere. Jeff R. Does a great job and you are not just a number to them. Years ago yes you could just call and get them to answer but times do change and I’m not aware of any branch you can just call and get an answer unless your calling a call center. Don’t be afraid to bank with them.”

“A truly helpful staff(Urbana branch). 5 Free ATM withdraws per mth I called w/ an inquiry on a Wednesday evening at about 8 pm and a live agent answered my inquiry! Online navigation is somewhat burdensome though.”

I went to the Bechtle location to make a deposit. I was quickly seen and welcomed with a smile. The lady was patient and very helpful. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. I had my banking business completed in very little time. I also use WPCU for their investment advice through the CUSO services. I have also had good experiences there as well.
