Had issues with my pellet stove , a nice young lady promptly returned my call & advised me on possible solutions & if that didn't resolve my problem, they would come out. I followed her recommendations & now my stove seems to be doing fine. She was very knowledgeable & a great help .Thank you

Great customer service. I appreciate the time the owner took with me today even though I had stoped in without any appointment. She had helped me thread my sewing machine the right way. In the end she didn’t charge us.
