Receptionist was rude. I apparently was taking her away from scrolling on her phone. Staff is very unprofessional and barely acknowledged me. Go elsewhere if you can.

Was having trouble with labs. I called compunet at least 3 times and left voicemail asking them to return the call to confirm they had my labs. NEVER WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE and NEVER return phone calls. Finally got my Dr office to fax. Was going in to see if they got the order... yes 5 min before their lunch as I had been fasting all morning. The doors were already locked. Lights off but they clearly saw me at the door and just ignored me. I tried to call and as standard they simply don't answer the phone AGAINo r return ANY phone calls. Point made when the lady walked out to my car to tell me the land were blurry. Just don't bother. There are other lab facilities that will answer the phone and save you the trouble go to LABCORP 100% of the time. I'll never go to compunet again.

We’re open until 4:30 but we stop taking those at noon! Well isn’t that just useful. I come in on the next day that they’re open in the start of a snowstorm to be informed that they do not do drug testing on the weekends: I didn’t realize it was so hard to piss in a cup! But don’t worry we can treat people however we want to treat them because we’re the only testing facility in town!Edit: I will never EVER go back to this facility again, imagine being so disrespectful that id rather drive to Xenia, knowing their front desk worker isn't a child that makes false reports. Everyone else in the building? Wonderful, the brunette with an attitude problem making false reports working the window doesn't deserve a job.

Brought a client in to get bloodwork since another place said she was difficult to give blood. The staff was so patient and kind. It took a bit of time but they were very respectful and understanding

If we get there at the right time we usually get right in. Fast and efficient. Everyone has trouble getting my husband’s veins but they usually get them the first time. Only place to go .

Staff was friendly and easy to work with. They got me in the back to draw my blood in a timely manner so I could move on with my day. In and out in less than 30 minutes so I could get back to work with as little time lost as possible. Thanks

I booked a covid test through this company and then received a text the MORNING OF MY TEST that I needed a doctors order OR would have to pay $100 out of pocket for the test. There was NO prior warning or contact. This doesn’t seem legal to me, and is certainly not a moral or ethical business practice. I would not recommend going through this (clearly, for profit) company for medical purposes, and am only doing so myself out of necessity. People with low ethics shouldn’t deal in the medical field.

If I could give zero stars I would. In and out in 5 minutes because they didn't even take any blood. Asked me if I was going to throw up or pass out....They jabbed me, didn't let me see the tube, and said I was done. Not thinking I needed to be suspicious of a phlebotomist... I left. A week later, no results. Told I have to get blood redrawn as specimen never reached the lab. I've contacted a lawyer.

August 15th: Christy and Kelsey (please excuse any misspellings) were the two SUPERB lab technicians who took care of lab work requested by my physician. Thanks ladies! Compunet is most fortunate to have the two of you along with the rest of the excellent staff.

I got my blood drawn for labs on Thursday and it is now Wednesday...when the lady stuck the needle in it sent a jolting shock down my arm. My arm was tingling and went numb. I have never had this happen to me before. I tried calling and no one would answer so I had to go in and talk to someone as to why my arm is in so much pain. She looked at me confused and took my name, wasn't even going to take my number until I mentioned how would they get ahold of me. I can't even do the littlest things without the nerve pain. I pick up my baby and it's excruciating pain. It hurts just walking when my arm will sway back and forth. I'm really worried and scared and I don't know what to do. I'm afraid of this being permanent and not healing or going away. I go to see my doctor tomorrow and will be letting her know about it and what I should do next, if I need to file a complaint. And no one has even called me back from the office about this issue. Seems like I will have to go in person again to get any response.
