I want to give a BIG shout out to Candie. After COVID, it seems that people's customer service skills became non existent. Candie was amazing!!! She smiled, she laughed, she was friendly and took care of everything for me quickly and accurately. Your doing a GREAT job Candie keep it up!!! Thank you for making my day a little brighter ?

If I could give this place, no stars I definitely would don’t waste your time selling them stuff. I literally came down here with a 800 and something dollar gaming monitor top-of-the-line if that and they offered me $75 when I literally showed her what they were going for used and they said that they would only stick 100 and something on them and it still packaged in the box, most ridiculous place I’ve ever been to

lost my device and wouldn't give me a resolution . When i asked them to make it right they told me it was my own fault for leaving it with them. Not only did i not receive my device back but they also wouldnt cover the cost of the lost device.

I have been in twice now in three days. When I went in three days ago I was pleasantly surprised as to the friendliness right away. I was initially greeted by Traci and she was great. I then met the manager Aliyah and she was a sweetly as well.I commented how impressed I was with the customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone. I went in again today. They are busy all the time. I am sure it’s because of the wonderful service they offer.
