So far moving has been a disaster but…KO storage to the rescue. Every time I’ve called (and it’s been a lot) they have an answer and help with kindness and understanding. Thank you Y’all are great!

I have had a unit since September of 2023
Yes i was in default but didnt ever receive notice of lien sale. Went to pay and was i formed that my unit had been sold a week prior. Start digging deeper after they tell me they notified me also by mail. Lie lie lie. Customer service is not to blame because they only know what is sent to them, but let me tell you everyone i spoke to was a complete donkey!! I would like an owner to call me before this goes further, i have all correspondence thru email. Time to make it right KO storage.

This facility was privately owned and built in the 90's. It was always maintained properly with customer friendly service, and you were greeted with a smile when you walked in the office. Since this facility was acquired by ko storage, they have doubled the rates and put a chain around the dumpster as if it's sitting in a ghetto in Minneapolis. For 20 years I had 24 hour access to my unit, now there is no access after 9pm. As someone who travels constantly it was convenient, and there was no concern about getting access. There is no longer anyone working at the office, that position was eliminated in the name of profits. Debris in the lot has become a concern as they no longer have anyone there to maintain the facility. Calling customer service is a horrid experience, they are wretched and vile. The units and parking spaces were always full with a waiting list, but now there are many available as people vacated their units for better options. This was a first class facilty. Ko storage has managed its destruction.

This has changed ownership. Prices have gone up. No longer have access to your items after 9:00 pm. You are locked out. Inconvenient for those that work different shifts. They use to supply a dumpster which is now locked so can’t be accessed . No longer have anyone working in the office to address any concerns. Her job was dissolved after years of service.

I was having problems with the website. I called a lady named Maybelle help me out. She was very efficient, very nice, very kind, and even help me with some things that I didn't realize for me to updated. So she was really looking out for your your clients or your customers. I was very impressed
