Great experience. After replacing a keyboard in a gaming laptop that was very tricky and required a near complete disassembly, we decided to have an older laptop repaired, now we have two perfectly functioning laptops, at a great price. Could not recommend this company enough, Bob took great care of us.

This website is bogus. There is no store. Called number and guy works out of his house. Will not let you see a PC working. No set inventory. Said he will meet me in town, that's it. I refused to buy anything from him. Said website needs to be changed. Joke!

Richard Marsh Our website doesnt say we have a store. It says we do pickup and delivery. We closed the store almost two years ago to better serve out customers. You looked at Google Info that THEY havent changed yet. Please dont better research before blasting a local business. I offered to bring the PC's to you and you could check them out. I also told you we give a 30 day warranty.

I an a strong proponent of choosing small businesses over corporate-owned "big box" stores whenever possible. So when my laptop began to behave strangely, I selected Buckeye PC Repair, a small "mom and pop" shop in a strip mall on Limestone Avenue in Springfield. I'm usually fairly adept at resolving my own computer issues, but this one had to do with the cooling fan, which in a laptop isn't easy to access, and messing around down there without knowing what you're doing could lead to disaster. In recent days, I received an error message each time I started it up: "Windows has detected a problem with the system's cooling fan. Shut down now, or continue to run *at your own risk*". As ominous as that message was, I admit to having rolled the dice a few times. But I was aware that my luck, such that it was, wasn't going to hold out forever. So I brought it to Buckeye PC Repair, because the Geek Squad already has plenty of money and doesn't need mine. I got it back in about a week's time. It would have been sooner, but for the fact that his parts supplier sent him defective and/or incompatible equipment necessary to complete the repair. I paid only $89 (new) for this HP laptop during a Black Friday sale, plus I had a store gift card. However, I'd invested hundreds of hours ripping my massive CD library to the hard drive. The computer was dedicated only to music. Hats off to Buckeye PC Repair for protecting my files during the process. They returned it to me not just "as good as new", but BETTER than new!

Don't go here. They lied about completely resetting my computer and now it runs REALLY slow, and all they did was go through and delete a few apps. After getting my computer back, everytime I startup it says my smart hard disk has detected a imminent failure. I cant windows cant reset or repair ANYTHING, and they charged over 100 dollars for it. Do NOT go here, for your own sake.

These men show integrity in their work. I have a hinge problem and they gave me a temporary screw to hold it in place free of charge (getting it permanently repaired will cost the price of a new cpu). I recommend them to whoever is looking for IT service.
