Horrible. This business is between 2 big name competitors. I wanted to patronize this location as I would much rather support a local business. I checked the business hours on google. 10 pm close. Went in to buy some snacks and was told they were closed. Politely said it said they were open until 10. Gentleman responded “I already closed down for the night”
I will never be back. If this place goes under I would not be surprised. If you have more competition the rational response as an intelligent business owner would be to be customer service oriented to differentiate themselves from the competitors. 0 care for customers so in return I have 0 care for this business. Sheetz cares more and is very corporate, which says speaks volumes of this “local business”

Credit card readers are either habitually broken or have skimming software on them. Up until competition was across the street they gouged customers on their prices. Now they are still higher priced than other places, but not by nearly as a large a margin as before.

Oh the joy of using a Porta Potty when it's 30 degrees outside! When I went in and asked what happened to the restroom they told me they didn't have one. Only later to eecant that their restroom is for employees only. Then my money is for someone else.i don't need to support a business that won't allow paying people to use their restroom.

Let me be clear, as a previous employee. The main reason we do not have a public restroom is because almost every single time someone would use it, it would be an absolute mess and no one would clean up after themselves. We tried it for a bit but it got so bad that we stopped doing it altogether. And yes, I understand that the porta potty is sometimes dirty. That is all on Rumpke and is in no way any of the employee's fault. I also must say we have a very large sign on the door that explicitly says that we have no inside bathroom, but people still ask and then read the sign on their way out.

Restroom is a Porta potty. Would have been fine. Went to grab a candy bar at the register and it was covered, and I do mean covered with a thick coating of dirt and dust. Surprising because the rest of the store didn't look that bad. Usually go to Love's but decided to give a smaller business a try and next time I would go to Love's.

TO EVERYONE WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS STORE, STOP GOING THERE THEN! They have ONE restroom inside for employees, and the city makes them because of plumbing issues, not their fault. They arent a grocery store, or a sit down restaurant. Get over it. Or go across the street. Its called Zip-In for a reason. Zip in and zip tf out. ✌ beer, cigs, gas, bye bye.

Don't bother stopping here if you need a restroom. They put porta pots outside in the sun and you can't use the indoor one. Sad I had already pi for gass or i would have taken my business elsewhere.
