I brought a $220 LG phone for them. The phone is the worst phone of all. People can't hear me and I miss a lot of important phone calls. They won't give me my money back or exchange the phone. I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years the John st Boost mobile store in Springfield. They will never get another dime from me. I will never promote business for them again. I would have brought 2 more phones from them next week for my kids but decided to take my business somewhere else.
