Lily and Kevin were extremely helpful. My 2022 had a check engine light and needed regular service. Lily organized a loaner and was able to correspond quickly making the whole logistical process of getting my car to and from the dealership a breeze. Kevin called me as soon as he diagnosed the problem, told me about how much it was cost and explained what the issue was in detail. After picking my car back up I was all set and have been driving it with no issue since. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership on car repairs.

Called for a basic service appointment, the guy didnt seem to understand what was being asked of him. He seemed pretty slow honestly. I literally could not make a service appointment. Don't recommend

My purchasing experience was wonderful. I purchased a used vehicle and they treated me like it was new. I purchased a Mazda and now a Volkswagen. Wonderful people!!!

I have a Tiguan and I always get great service here. They're good about checking for recalls and doing the multi-point service check. I don't feel like they try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or service. When I owned Mazdas I took them here too. I find them trustworthy, if not particularly cheap. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

Bill Marine VW was a great experience from the second I drove onto the lot. Pascal was very knowledgeable about the VW product and gave me a quick, reasonable quote on my trade in. Cheryl was very pleasant, and went out of her way to get me a better rate. I am enjoying my 2022 Jetta and look forward to doing business with Bill Marine VW again in the future! I highly recommend Bill Marine and the Volkswagen lineup of vehicles.

Made the drive out from central Ohio to check out a new VW Arteon after communicating with Bobby Hess over the course of several days. It was worth the trip! Bobby got me the deal he said that he would and they gave me a fair price for my trade. I really appreciated Bobby and the dealership being up front and honest with me from the start.
