Bill Marine employees are very professional, friendly and helpful. I really like the sales lady who helped me. She was not pushy and very accommodating. She explained everything clearly. I didn’t planned to buy a hybrid but she sold me after her explanation. It’s easy to buy a car. I love my car so far.

Excellent service as always. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of or that anything is being pushed onto me. Bill Marine Honda is the only place I take my car because of the exemplary work that is done and the kindness of the staff.

Cost was fair to the service provided. When picking up my vehicle from the lot, I found my passenger window was left down. Not sure why the window needed to be down for oil change service?
Fortunately it didn't rain while waiting for pickup!

I can always trust Bill Marine to do professional work on my Honda. Usually cost less than the estimated price they give you. They do a great job of keeping you informed. Nice people too! Glad we have this place in Springfield Ohio.

Technician(s) forgot to hook up my A/C compressor after replacing my alternator. I'm from out of town, and took it to my friend's shop to figure out why my A/C wasn't working after service when it was working before.
I didn't appreciate the passive sales pitch, "It would be cheaper to get a new car" from the man who couldn't muster the energy at 10 in the morning to get out of his chair.
The female salesperson was very helpful and helped me with the drop off process since the service center was closed.
