NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AND ESPECIALLY DONT HAVE YOUR CARS WORKED ON. we bought a truck there 2 months ago. We brought the truck back the next day because the parking brake was engaged and wouldn’t release. They “fixed the problem and gave it back. Didn’t realize the a.c didn’t work there was a knocking in the steering and the radio worked when it felt like it. We paid for the extended warranty they recommended and they said they would cover it all. So we took it up there and they said 3 days they’d have parts. A month later I never heard back but when suddenly the car wouldn’t start because the starter went out we call them. Kevin tells me he has been unable to reach the ward company (for 3 months). Little did he know I just got off the phone with them and they told me they have been waiting for a month for requested paperwork. At this point I’ve called other places to work on it because no one else will accept this warranty company so I’m stuck bringing it back to them. I check in after 5 days of them having the car and they wait 3 hours to respond to tell me they just placed the order. What!?!? A week later!? Every week it’s a story about being backed up and delays of orders. I’m sorry this car is a dodge and we needed a steering shaft and starter. Things that should have been in after 2 days max and work that takes several hours at best. Long story short we pick it up 3 weeks after drop of and guess what.. that same ebrake is stuck engaged again and now we have a traction light on. Take it back and it takes them 6 hours to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. We take it home and next morning, our check engine light is on. STAY FAR AWAY!

Pascal will honor the 30 day lemon law but one of their sales rep will sell you junk at a high price. The Honda mechanics know how to fix a car.

I have always received excellent service from the auto center up until my most recent visit where I dealt with Lance. My interactions with him were very short, rude, and felt demeaning. All of the other staff are wonderful and take great care of me and my car! Would definitely recommend this auto center to others and will be coming back myself, as long as I am not dealing with Lance.

I bought my car here about 2 years ago now. A 2012 corolla that probably had about 190k miles on it. This little car is still going strong! I love it and I would highly recommend purchasing from Bill Marine.

So impressed with their work and customer service! Everyone I talked to there was extremely friendly. I was somewhat crunched on time and they made sure to get the work done on my car that I needed in the time I had. I really appreciated their speed.

Went in for a waste of time, apparently.
My car needed an oil change, I called here and scheduled an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early and was kept waiting for an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time. An hour and a half. I could've gotten it done in 20-30 minutes, let alone an hour and a half.
Not to mention, when i bought my car, i bought it at Honda MARYSVILLE and got a certificate good for 60 bucks, you'd think that since you've got a GIANT HONDA SYMBOL on the front of your building, you'd be able to accept a HONDA certificate but nope. Apparently not. Not when the certificate is from Honda MARYSVILLE instead of being from Honda SPRINGFIELD.
Needless to say, next time i need an oil change, I'm just gonna do it myself and not waste my own time, money or energy.
There was a poster there that said "Time is money."

I've purchased two cars from here and always bring my vehicles here for maintenance etc.... I like dealing with Jeff and another young man, they've always both been of help and knowledgeable and after today those two are the only ones I'll be dealing with. This mornings visit was a little much just for a break light that's out, needles to say I was assisted by someone else
