If I could give 0 stars I would. The team members give false information. I bought a microwave and it broke, they would not return it and required $30 to send to their service center. Multiple employees stated it would be shipped out the same day. This was not true and they held it at the store for nearly a week. No one could provide an update or even knew where the microwave was at. After going into the store the manager stated he couldn’t do anything and that it is what it is. When I dropped the microwave off they started I would have store credit within a couple days. It has blue been a week and the service center still does not have the microwave.

Horrible customer service. I
Spoke to the manager and general manager about exchanging a smart watch that was defective. It's been 17 days since purchase. They only exchange if within 14 day. Even though I didn't know of the defective I
Until day 16. Absolutely worst service of any company I've ever dealt with. No explanation of policy at original check out. They didn't even offer to look at my item to see if they could help with the issue. Worst of the worst! I've told everyone I know not to shop this company ever again!!

I recommend that you buy your electronic devices at Best Buy. they welcome people well. and they are not racist. even though you don't speak the same language as them. they look for ways to communicate with you.

The employees were very nice found what I was looking for here and the person at the cash register was very nice also and the place was clean. The Geek squad was very nice.

Came into Best Buy and they really had the best customer service. Sarah really helped me pick out the best laptop & was informative about all of the laptops & policies about the geek squad. Very happy with my experience!
