Service is usually decent and well informed for the most part. Do miss the movie section. Most of the people are friendly although occasionally a but pushy with sales even when you're definitely not wanting that specific item, after obtaining more info and making a decision already.

I Love Best Buy. They can be more on things than other places but, their sales, they stand behind their products, geek squad is also me. I've bought most of my electronics at Best Buy!!
