Online ordering is horrible, they charge you at the time of your order and take 2 to 4 days to prepare your order . We make online orders to speed up the process and to take days to fill a order is completely ridiculous.

Came in today for the body care sale.I get it’s a sale day. I understand there will be more people there. And it’ll be busy for the employees. I’ve worked in the retail and the food industry for years previously and you can either handle it with a smile or don’t. But the vibe and energy of the workers was off. Most seemed flustered, rude, and not very approachable. Kinda felt weird spending as much money there today simply off of the employee coldly telling me to stand outside in line after I tried to be friendly and say hi, the employee who got my pickup order but told “well it’s gonna be a min” with an attitude…as if I inconvenienced her? and the employees coming and going, getting frustrated that customers were standing in line near an employee back entrance for their pick up orders, despite telling us to stand there. The store was never super packed as they did mediate that by having us stand outside, allowing a certain amount of customers in at a time - which is totally understandable. Just not a friendly vibe or energy though.So idk. Glad I caught the sale but I’ll just order online next time.

Went in there for a few things. I know the change of seasons, there changing over. But if customers are looking be nice. A worker got mad and walked off b/c we wanted some wall flowers refills. She was rude. If it were for customers, they'd be closed. In the future I'll run to Huber Hits store.
