“My mother banked here. When she fell ill, I had to come up - and my brother and I had to oversee her financial and healthcare decisions.
The customer service my mother, brother and I received from Lori was so outstanding, and her knowledge, care and absolute professionalism helped to ease what could have been an otherwise trying experience.
My mother has since passed, but I chose to maintain an account with this particular institution, based solely on the fact that the care and customer service far surpass my, admittedly, high expectations. It's also nice to have a bank that's local when I come home to visit.
While I realize this is not a "Hometown" bank, I have to say that the people inside are what give it that Hometown feeling - and I can honestly say that this is the only bank, I've done business with, that has made me feel "at home" in.
Would definitely recommend this institution and group of people.”
