The AutoZone in Springfield, OH In the shopping center is absolutely horrible. I’ve always had quite a bit of success with AutoZone stores. They’ve always been extremely helpful and kind, but this one not so much.

Was in there less than 30 min ago looking for new battery. TERRIBLE customer service from what I believe to be the short king manager. Treated me terribly the last thing on earth he wanted to do was help me put the $200 plus dollar battery in. I took my service to advanced much better folks over here!

Was a good experience everyone was friendly and was able to easily find what I needed. This is my more frequently visited auto parts store and not many complaints, the associates could know more about working on cars but some know enough.
